Shipping Time

- Please note that during special promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed. If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped from our distribution center in China. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.

We provide free shipping or paid shipping based on the destinations of your orders.
We provide free shipping for orders from destinations listed below:
South & North America: The United States (Alaska excluded)
Europe: All mentioned European areas in the form above.
Oceania: Australia
Notes: The customer shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or fraudulent transition.
Orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled generally. Customers shall hold responsible for the shipping fees and relevant additional fees if they want to cancel the orders that have been dispatched out.
